Because of you, our community… something truly meaningful happened.
On March 7 at Camp Periscope Pines, we gathered for a fun-filled evening to raise funds for several organizations that support our submarine and military communities.
To our attendees, our submariners, and our guests — thank you.
Your generosity and spirit made a lasting impact.
Together, we are honored to share that we raised:
$32,714.40 for the Dolphin Scholarship Foundation

and $3,634.93 each for three local charities
Our 2026 charities were selected based on their strong alignment with SOSCA-WA values, demonstrated community impact, and meaningful support of our local submarine and military-connected families.
• Central Kitsap Food Bank — providing reliable access to food during times of need

• Gather Pax Mentis — creating connection and support for teens and young adults with developmental disabilities

• Permission to Start Dreaming — offering vital mental health resources for our military community

A special thank you to our Allocations Committee, led by Noelle Pacl and Regina Robinson-Plante, along with the Board of SOSCA-WA, for their thoughtful selection process and commitment to supporting organizations that truly make a difference.
And through it all, the Dolphin Scholarship Foundation continues to open doors to education and opportunity.
This evening was more than an auction.
It was a reflection of a community that supports one another and creates meaningful change together.
We are incredibly grateful to each of you who made it possible.
