Silver & Gold Auction, A Huge Success
SOSA-WA’s wants to thank the WA Submarine Khaki community for attending its annual fundraiser, the Silver & Gold Auction. 375 members of the community attended the event, which raised $30,000 for the Dolphin Scholarship Fund and local charities. SOSA held the event on March 12, 2022 in the Bangor Ballroom. The event’s theme was based on the 90s sitcom, “Friends,” and included a dinner, silent auction, and live auction.
SOSA-WA recognizes the significant contributions of the Auction Committee members, who organized the event, particularly Auction Chair, Amber Grant. This was Amber’s second time chairing the event, and her leadership and commitment were incredibly valuable to ensuring this event was a success.
